I visited Salon Moxie for the first time today. BEST DECISION EVER! ❤️ When booking an appointment with Kai I gave her a reference pic. When I arrived to the salon she assessed my hair and gave me options while informing me of what would work best with my hair type and lifestyle. The end result is everything I wanted and more. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking make a hair change!

I visited Salon Moxie during the summer to “change it up” and do something I’ve never done before… color my hair! Kai was very informative, professional and reassuring throughout the entire process (I was a little nervous to go to purple hair). The entire staff were super friendly and the atmosphere felt like home. I had never been there before but it felt like I was a regular customer. They all gave me the confidence I needed to actually go through with it and not chicken out. Kai recommended different shampoos, educated me on how to properly take care and wash my hair to keep the color, and just made the overall experience pleasant. I am SO HAPPY with the outcome. 10/10 would definitely recommend Salon Moxie, Kai and staff to ANYONE. Go check them out and let Kai hook you up!

Jeni was great! Went in to chop nearly a foot off my hair. I’ve never been to a stylist who didn’t insist on blow drying and straightening my wavy/curly hair (which I rarely do at home). Don’t get me wrong. Sometimes it’s a treat to get a glam style after a haircut. The problem for me has always been not knowing how the cut would work with my day to day styling.

I went to Kai, it was the worst experience my daughter and I have ever had at a salon. First we weren’t greeted when she walked into the salon. Then my daughter needed a trim and eyebrow wax. She couldn’t cut a straight line. She also left my daughter’s eyebrows messed up. She took too much from one eyebrow and left the other eyebrow not at all matching.

10/10 Recommend! I entered the salon with a severely grown out blonde balayage. Faith transformed me into a dark, fiery red-brunette! Faith was such a joy to work with throughout this process. She made sure to ask about the last time my hair was colored and cut, and she recommended new products to help my hair last! Faith has restored my confidence with this beautiful color and cut! I had an appointment with Faith last week here. I wanted a balayage and a hair cut. It had been about 6 months since my last hair cut and I also had some left over color in my hair. Faith took the time to listen to my hair history and helped make the best decision for my hair type. My balayage turned out beautiful and even. My hair cut also got rid of my terrible split ends and I was able to get layers to reduce the heaviness of my hair. My experience was amazing and I would absolutely recommend Faith to anyone with thick or colored hair.

The stylist Kai, I went to was an inexperienced one. I had told her before she started coloring that my hair in the front is stubborn so she has to do the needful to let color on to it. After coloring she tells me that some hair are like that and we cannot do much about it. I had to correct her on this and give her a tip. She never came to see how it was going after putting color around my forehead placed an aluminum foil and put me under the dryer. I felt tremendous heat and told Jenny so she lifted the bulb up high. My front scalp has burn marks. But this girl Kai never even checked on me. There was hair color on my forehead which is very much visible.She did not know the right way to blow dry. The hair was blown to my face and ears most of the time. Will never visit that place again.
