Do not go here If I could give 0 stars I would!! Diane is who I had an appointment with today I’m new to temecula and needed to get my roots done for my wedding.she was very very inexperienced. either that or lazy.neither are good qualities to have in a stylist! She is also not very educated on color. I have been a cosmetologist for 6 years which I did not mention to her and I can tell you she has no idea what she’s doing !she is also very rude. She Criticized my hair then told me she couldn’t do it or get the results I wanted and my hair would further break and I had to many tones in my hair.well honey that’s why they invented toner. And the simple color wheel will show you purple base takes the gold away. You’d be better off going to a beauty school than here! I just made an appointment with another salon told them what happened explained my hair to them and they were as shocked as I was that she couldn’t do it and turned me away.she was very unprofessional!and when you charge as much as this salon does you should really know what your doing! And you shouldn’t advertise for discounts on highlights if you can’t tone and bleach hair correctly.

I mean I just had to leave a review. I was apprehensive at first to try a new salon but this was definitely a good decision. Laurel was sweet and very informative. I got the keratin complex treatment and she did a great job. My hair looks and feels fabulous. I totally recommend her and this salon.

Today was my first experience with Salon Moselle and Christine was my stylist. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist, offered a drink… I jokingly said a beer and she offered me two choices. What a pleasure to start my experience off with a smile and accommodating me with a beverage of choice. Christine was friendly, funny and even better, she gave me a stellar and modern cut in a timely manner. I have a short cut with very straight and thick hair, which isn’t always easy to get right. Thanks a bunch for leaving me with a smile and a happy head of hear! I’ll be back!

I scheduled a partial lowlight and haircut with Corinne. She suggested a full high/low light. The color did not take on my bare roots and she said she would take care of it next time. She seemed kind and trustworthy. I paid the full amount + tip. I just called and now she wants $135 to cut and take care of the color. She says she knows what to do now. Unfortunately I got took paying for her to learn! I paid in full at the start and got taken advantage of. I guess I paid to learn also. Beware!!

I felt special and welcome the minute I first walked in. I was greated by the owner Christine Larsen, not only is she beautiful, she was warm and friendly as well. I was introduced around and I never felt they were pushy. The place is beautiful too! My stylist was professional and knowledgable about color and what style looks good on my face.

I went in for a mani-pedi Groupon offer, and couldn’t leave quickly enough. The first indication this wasn’t going to be a satisfying experience should have been the dirty and stained towel the young lady was using on the manicure table/cart. Also, her complete disinterest and apparent lack of enthusiasm for her work remained palpable from the moment I sat down.
