I had a terrible experience with Sun on The Run. When I wasn’t able to complete my package of four tans with her (since I got pregnant and then moved away) she was very rude and condescending. Instead of working with me kindly or with understanding, she was combative and haughty. It wasn’t that I took issue with not being able to complete the package (which she refunded me a small portion of what was remaining), but rather her behavior and treatment of me. Just awful – not customer service oriented, or even just plain nice/kind. I would never feel comfortable to stand naked in front of her for a tan after my experience nor would I ever recommend her business to anyone.
