I have had only great experiences at this place. The owner of salon mission is always very warm and welcoming, as are the employees. Adriana does an absolutely amazing facial that completely de-stresses me AND makes my skin glow! Ann Garcia has very strong hands and knows exactly how to relax me and work the knots out of my back with her massages.

Jose is the absolute best! I have long hair and am very particular. He really, really takes his time. He is precise and honest. He does not try to talk my ear off and let’s me completely relax. He does not take short cuts and is very professional. If you love your hair to be done and enjoy the entire salon experience he is your guy. Literally the best 90 minutes!

Let me start by saying that the hair stylist Laura was wonderful, but everything else was not a good experience. Upon entering the salon for my appointment, I said hello to the gentleman sitting at the reception desk and he didn’t answer and walked away. About a minute later, the “real receptionist” shows up and asks who was cutting my hair. I responded with “I believe it was Laura,” and she echoes “well what is YOUR name?” in a snarky tone. I tried to bring up some casual conversation and she cut me off by picking up the phone receiver and announcing to the salon that I was there for an appt. Wouldn’t have been a little more personable to walk back and tell the stylist I was there? After waiting an extra 15 minutes, Laura gave me a wonderful haircut, but just before my blow dry she takes off my cape and says she will meet me up front with her business card. No blow dry? I didn’t have to ask to schedule a blow dry the last time I came here. I attribute this fault once again to the front line staff answering the phone and not asking if my wash and haircut was to include a blow dry. I went home with wet hair and very dissatisfied with the customer service of this salon. Too bad because otherwise it would be a decent salon.

This Salon and Day spa has everything you will need! From facials, massages, nails, hair coloring, cuts and styling for any occasion! It is located in the Ranch Mart shopping center on 95th and Mission. Has about 16 different stylists, 2 massage therapists. Would recommend to anyone who is wanting a new salon with many options!!!

Worst pedicure experience ever! Unprofessional service during session. Poor communication from Pedicure technician. Manager stepped in and saved the day! My service was discounted, and apologies extended. Technician’s skill level was outdated. Continuing education needed.
