I have hated my hair since I moved to the area because the humidity is just not a good environment for my hair. Ricky talked to me about several options and helped me decide the best one for my hair type. You do have to wait 72 hours before washing your hair, but this treatment is so worth it.My hair is smooth and silky, even if I go outside. The salon is really nice and Ricky is a true pro!

Victoria is definitely the girl you want to go to with curls. The work she did on my hair was beyond phenomenal. Only went in once and didn’t have the best expericince. I called in to get a quote on hair and make-up. I was quoted $60 for each service which seemed reasonable. I said I wanted to book it, but the receptionist said she needed to confirm with the stylist if she was available on that date to do both hair/makeup. I never heard back, so the next day I called, I spoke to a different person and explained the situation– they apologized for not calling back but said the stylist was available but the cost was $70 for each service and not $60. I agreed that was fine. When I came in the salon was cute and everyone was nice. The stylist ended up doing a great job on my hair, but the makeup is where I wasn’t too thrilled. The make-up was clearly old and over-the-counter stuff (Maybelline, Neutrogena, etc.), and the application brushes and sponges looked dirty/used. The blender sponge was gross looking and needed to be replaced, also, the mascara was SO old and dried out, it was literally crumbling when I tried applying it. I told her a couple of times that I didn’t think the foundation matched- she had to do it twice. I was in a rush because the appt took longer than planned– I had to go home and remove the face makeup and re-do it myself because the makeup was orange and there was a clear line from my face down my neck. When I left, she ended up charging me $80 for each service and I didn’t realize it until after I left and was wondering why it was so expensive and then realized she overcharged me. I reached out to them twice on FB to get a refund with no response and I called and talked to the receptionist who said would call me back with a resolution, which she never did (which isn’t shocking given their history of not getting back). I’m annoyed that I was originally quoted $60 for each service than agreed on $70 and then was charged $80– all while still having to go home and re-do half of my makeup. Just beware- they seem to do a bait and switch or they just make up their own prices whenever they feel like it. I gave them 3 weeks to refund me, but clearly, they already got their money and don’t care about the client.

Victoria was beyond awesome and a pro at deva curl! Did not leave my curly hair short or uneven like my old experiences. Definitely recommend to give her a chance if you are looking for a curly trim or color. The Salon has a nice vibe and I can see why they are booked up. Everyone there is super nice. Will definitely return
