My daughter in law was here Saturday. She was excited about the reviews because she wanted her hair beautiful for her wedding. Sadly it wasn’t. She tried to show a picture of what she wanted. She was told that wasn’t necessary. She was also told to wash her own hair. She has beautiful long hair. She was told her hair can’t hold curls because of it’s length. She went down the aisle with not one curl.

New client, I made an appointment for a hair consultaion….Maddy was unprofessional in her communication, ” you’ll have to wait a while, I have to take care of my client first” (who just walked in). It was obvious upon first eye contact with me that Maddy was not interested in following through with the consultation appointment. Very disappointing. I left!

I was a customer for about 2 years. The last few times I felt un sure of the results. I received negative comments about how my hair came out. I expressed how I felt to the hair dresser and what I wanted. I was told that if for any reason I was unhappy with the outcome I should reach out and they would correct it. I was terribly unsatisfied with the outcome. I have at least 3 shades of color in my hair when I asked for 1. In the end I was told wash my hair a lot and it will eventually come out. I would not recommend this salon if you are looking for a specific hair color shade or cut. I wasted $135.00 and now I have to pay someone else to correct it.
