So I originally left a good review but I realized after my first shampoo that my keratin didn’t take at all. I did the 24 hour one that cost $400 and I left it on for 3 days just to make sure I got the most of the treatment. After a single shampoo my hair was exactly the same as prior to the treatment. Very frizzy and curly. I’ve been using keratin for almost 20 years so I know how it should work. Typically it is soft, the curl loosens and I can dry it without any product at all and it’s shiny and never frizzes even in wet weather. This time it’s as if nothing was done. I should have realized when Hilary told me that she “loved the smell” of their formula, that it couldn’t be the right solution. So unfortunately I won’t use them again. I’m desperate to try and find a salon near me and not have to go to NYC again.
