Once I found Michelle, I will never go anywhere else! I have black hair and she was able to get it to my desired lightness in color and tone and maintain it until my next appointment. Just remember to follow advice on what you need to do at home and book your future appointments in advance to get in her books. Her staff are also personally trained by her for months so I don’t mind seeing them. I give my own clients Michelle’s business info whenever they bring up how amazing my hair looks so they can go there too.

I am doing this for my friend that was in there yesterday. She paid $200 for them to ruin her hair. She asked for brown and they turned her hair orange. They they only gave her a $20 discount. Is that fair or good customer service. I think not. Do better!
