I moved to Morrisville recently and have been looking for a decent salon for hair services. Came across Salon Metro and found that it’s just across the street from my apartment. So, set up an appointment and visited them today. Desiree was the one, who attended to my needs. She was very professional and friendly and genuinely nice to talk to. I got my hair colored (grey coverage, highlights), conditioned and cut. She was keen to give me the look I wanted exactly. The colour was really nice and sober and my layers look great. I am really happy with the clean environment they provide and would definitely take my business to them again in future!

I started going to Metro when my stylist, Macy, started working there. I followed there because I love how she does my hair!!! She is very talented at both color/highlights and cut/style. I’m never disappointed. Macy always makes her clients feel very comfortable. She’s friendly and compassionate….She really listens when you tell her what you want. The salon is great ….always friendly and clean!!

The salon is lovely and the stylists and staff have a great energy and seem to really enjoy being there and with each other! Sally was fantastic! I gave her freedom to do more than just a root touchup and she surprised me wonderfully with fun color that I hadn’t expected but was absolutely perfect! I felt taken care of and enjoyed my time and experience! It was perfect timing and soul feeding! I may visit again and I would definitely visit again!They also have a pretty darn comfortable chair and sink for hair washing. I spent a little time there as my color was setting. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been here a few times for a cut. Very mismanaged but nothing is as bad as the stylist I go to. She was fine for a while but the quality of my haircuts went way down over time as well as her rude attitude. Won’t be returning again, maybe teach that Macy some customer service skills as well as retraining her to handle hair.

I have been coming to Salon Metro for 4 years now after hearing about Macy from multiple women at the Max where we all work out. Me, being new to the area, was looking for a new stylist so I thought I would give it/her a try since they all raved about her. I have been happy with my service every time I come and I am one to change up my hair all the time and Macy has been great with knowing what I want which can be changed monthly! I always walk out loving my hair!!

I love this salon, and I have been here quite a few times. I will not be coming back, however because of a girl named Macy. She was so rude and unprofessional. She is the worst hair stylist I have ever experienced; she should not be employed here. A few of my friends had the same experience, and are just as turned off as I am. Better salons in the area.
