I’ve been cutting and dying my hair w Melissa for the past year. My hair has never grown so fast and healthier w any other hands than hers. She always lets me know when I should and shouldn’t do certain things on my hair, like when I wanted to go very light after going dark, she will let you know what’s the best for your hair. Also gives the best recommendations on hair products and shampoos. Not only are you in safe hands but you’ll also have a great time chatting w her sweet soul! 🙂

Melissa is an ACTUAL angel at what she does. She has gotten my brassy yellow blonde to the icy light white I have been wanting forever, and I always get SO many compliments on my hair. Melissa really is passionate about what she does, and she truly cares to make sure you are happy and comfortable with what she is doing every step of the way. It is super hard to find a stylist you trust and that can give you what you are looking to achieve, but I 1000% recommend her if you are in search of a new stylist, especially if you are a blonde. I usually spend 4-5 hours at the salon while my hair processes, but it goes by fast because Melissa is such an easy person to get along with and to talk to, she makes the entire experience that much better. These ladies have set up a beautiful, comfy space for you to relax and get your hair freshened up. The products they use are top notch – no burning on your scalp or drying out your hair, no odors so strong you can’t breathe, no cakey heavy feeling when it’s styled! I recently went red and the color Sydney used is beautiful and has bled less in the weeks following than any other color service I’ve had done! Melissa sat and chatted with me while I waited on Sydney, both these ladies are very personable and fun to be around. It’s nice to get away from the structured, busy salon atmosphere and into a space where artists can be themselves and enjoy their craft!

When you walk into this loft, you’re treated like family! I’ve seen both Sydney and Mel in the past, and they’re both lovely. Both are both super attentive and I can relax when I see them because I know they’ll give me exactly what I want! I don’t color my hair, but get cuts and blow outs — I have a lot of thick hair, and they always recommend the perfect treatments and cuts specifically for my hair type.
