The worst customer!!! They don’t pay attention to who’s next, they allow others to go in front of you. No type of structure in the salon and they have bare minimum service. Nails don’t even last. This reminds mewhy I drive to the city or downtown Chicago to get my nails done. Don’t waist your time.

Very rude, terrible customer service, no sign in sheet They do not greet you when you come in. I’ve been going for over 10 years and had several bad experiences with the quality of work and bad attitudes. One visit the nail tech got upset because I told her she needs to slow down because she was rushing on my feet and filing my nails too hard. She got upset, threw the tool in the water and walked off. I was so upset. I sat there at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Finally someone came and fixed my feet. That was the last straw. I will not go back again, and would not recommend them to anyone. They talk about you in your face and beg for tips. They deserve no stars!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityTotally unprofessional! Never greets customers! Last pedicure was poor quality and this time I waited 40 minutes only to be told I should come back tomorrow for a pedicure. Total disregard for patrons. I will not come back tomorrow or ever! This is the 3rd negative experience I’ve had. My husband also had a negative experience. I will not be patronizing this place anymore and I should’nt have given them as many chance as I did. It was Saturday morning so bring busy is expected, no one walks into a nail salon sees that it’s busy and expects a quick turn around. You do however expect the staff to talk to their waiting customers instead of obviously complaining both in English and in another language about how busy they are. When I arrived there were seven people ahead of me, the one who had been waiting the longest was already there for over an hour and the staff hadn’t acknowledged her once. I counted nine staff members all with customers on my arrival, as customers slowly finished up with their attendees they would pay and then the staff member disappeared. After waiting to see if one would show back up I gave up. These nail techs make amazing nails, I’ve gone there before. And yes, everyone deserves to have a break, most of the people in the lobby would have actually told them to take a few minutes after how their previous customers had wanted every single offered service. But I go back to the same thing. Omitting the basic out line of customer service by ignoring and complaining about your future customers directly in front of them is where I draw the line.

Positive: ProfessionalismNever been before even though I live nearby. They did a decent job even though I did have an issue with my no chip polish that I paid an extra $15 for it started chipping the same day I got them done went back for another coat and sure enough they began to chip again. They did a decent job even though I did have an issue with my no chip polish that I paid an extra $15 for it started chipping the same day I got them done went back for another coat and sure enough they began to chip again. When I initially came in the man greeted me and I told him the services that I wanted. After that, about 7 more patrons came in after me and my family. They have no system of seeing what order the patrons come in and who is next. They called me to get a pedicure and I overheard another lady saying that she was next and my grandchildren was still waiting. I summoned the man in charge that my grandchildren were next, but he blew me off and took two other patrons that came in after us.
