As you can see, did a very poor job on my roots and my hair is multicolored now and I absolutely do not like it at all. I could’ve done a better job myself. One part is yellow blonde, the other part is white blonde and the rest of my hair is another color!! The other think I did was deep conditioning treatment which was a total waste of money. It only lasted 2 washes and I paid +$60 for nothing! I would never ever go back to this salon. They even ruined my mom’s hair as well. She had multicolored hair like mine even worse! Can you believe I paid $250 for this?!?! Omg such a waste of money!

Salon Massimo is the best on the shoreline! I love their new space its open and clean and always with great music. They also have a perfect selection of hair care products that are always on trend. Shoving your political views down customers throats is no way to do business. I filed a complaint with L’anza because the stylist did not properly color my hair and damaged my hair by putting the color treatment under heat. L’anza trains all certified L’anza salons to never put L’anza color treatments under heat. This was the owner’s wife that was providing this incorrect service. Unreal.
