I have never been satisfied by any salon. I have felt like the prices always change. I have never felt comfortable. I’ve had some negative experiences at a few in the area. Salon Magic’s prices are phenomenal for what they do. You can not beat them. Quality is 100%. Bobbi is who I use there and she is personable and really has pride in her work. She always makes you feel comfortable and I have never left unhappy.

I had my hair cut and colored today with Jenn, I always love what she does with my hair. I always get a razor cut. This evening we were out to dinner and a lady came over to me and said she loved my hair especially the back. I let her know who to ask for. Jenn is amazing. She has a wonderful personality, and really cares about her clients. Kudos to Jenn.

I saw Laryssa for the first time, and had cut plus root coloring. She did a fantastic job!!! My first time into the salon and was impressed by how clean and pretty it is inside, and how nice everyone is. Not only did Laryssa do a fantastic job, the price was awesome as well. I will def be going back. I have also recommended 2 family members as well as 2 friends to this salon. All 4 will be going in to see Laryssa, but I understand Becka is good too. Great cut, great color, great price!!! What more could you ask for.

I have previously had BEAUTIFUL hair cuts from Ed, but as he was not in I took a chance and my poor hair paid the price for it. My appointment was at 11 and I was washed, cut and out the door in under 20 minutes. The lady who cut my hair told no one does what I want and proceeded to do a hack job. Nothing was even, the “layers” she put in were only on one side of my face and my entire haircut was not what we talked about. I said no bangs….I got bangs. I agreed to have 3 inches taken off the entire length, not 6+ inches!!!! While the manager did offer to fix my hair and issue a full refund, I am taking my business elsewhere.

Do not go here if you need anything special. I called early in the week asking if they could do a simple up-do bun for my daughter’s gymnastics pictures. I was told sure and asked about cost – she didn’t have any idea, but would assume $7-$10. I booked an appointment. We showed up and one of the stylist was sitting in the waiting area seats on her phone. She never even looked up to acknowledge us. We just stood there a few minutes till someone else came out and asked what we needed. Turns out our appointment was made with the person on her phone. She attempts to pull my daughter’s hair up in a pony and it was terrible. She just pulls it up, throws in a pony – barely combed it and just puts tons of hair spray. Then starts trying to put the bun in and really struggles. I point out that it appears to be falling out, it’s not smooth – she says well I sprayed it, it’s not moving. I point out that even if it’s not moving it doesn’t look right. She just says well I can’t do this and asks another girl to do it. She starts from scratch with the pony tail which isn’t really any smoother than the other, but at least doesn’t appear to be falling out. My daughter is almost in tears by this point. She does the bun but complains about how the layers are making it difficult. She really struggles to try to do this. She finishes and at this point I just want out of there without my daughter starting to cry. They charged us $16.00 for a bun that I went home and washed out and re-did myself. I will never, ever go here again. It was a terrible experience.
