Great salon. Staff was kind and welcoming. Relaxing environment. Pricing is great for the amazing service they give. Nancy was an amazing stylist. She was kind and had a gentle touch. Usually stylist can be rough when combing and styling hair, but she had a soft hand and did an amazing job. I highly recommend. I am happy I found them.

I took my daughter to this place to get a perm. I’m very disappointed in the work done to my daughter. She had been there 2 yrs ago for a haircut and she was happy with that employee. Unfortunately that employee was no longer there but decided to get the perm done anyway. The person who did the “perm” was given the opportunity to inspect the hair to see if a perm was ok to be done before the scheduled appointment. She said yes and we went back. The outcome was awful. Her hair was ruined and crisp to the touch. No real curls just a few waves here and there , straight strands everywhere and burned hair all over. My daughter cried all weekend not wanting to leave the house as her hair looked like a disaster. My wife went back to get at least a refund but was denied and told she couldn’t do anything since her employee worked for 2 hrs rolling the hair. She also told my wife that it was a risk both my daughter and her employee were taking by doing a perm. She said do what you have to do its not the first time this happens, and you’re not getting your money back. Super sad they acted in that way and I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting a perm in this place since they ask each other for advice proving they don’t know what they are doing. Pls research reviews correctly before “risking ” it with them. Wife posted a review as well.

Let me tell y’all… Mayela G. is a life savor, I decided to bleach my hair at home and it came out so bad that it took 4 hours to fix it. I honestly thought no one would be able to fix this mess, but luckily they were able to help. Other than being able to repair my hair they also have great customer service, I definitely recommend this place. Here’s a before and after picture so y’all know I am not exaggerating

My daughter and I both got haircuts. At the same time before I got mine I told the hairdresser, how I wanted my daughter haircut I even showed her a picture. Please keep in mind my daughter is a seven year old. Well, my daughter finished before me. When I saw my daughter she had bangs. Bangs so short they are literally 1inch above her eyebrows. They looked ridiculous. Apparently, the hairdresser who cut my daughter hair thought it was a good idea to ask my daughter if she wanted bangs? Instead, of her mother. The hairdresser even asked my daughter how short she wanted them. Unbelievable I was furious inside. I paid 71.00 for two haircuts and left. I didn’t say anything because my daughter was right there and I didn’t want to humiliate her in front of everyone. The picture I showed her had no bangs just a simple shoulder length haircut. If the hairdresser who cut my daughter’s hair had questions she should of asked me. Not my seven year old daughter. My daughter looks ridiculous with those bangs where is the common sense in this hairdresser. I’m very upset and angry my daughter has to go out in public people stare at her it’s huge embarrassment. I called them and they didn’t even offer a solution just were sorry. This was June.09.2022 at 6pm

My daughter went to get a haircut she asked for a v shape haircut with long layers and in the end her hair is short he hair used to go all the way to her but and now it’s to her chest she asked for them not to cut a lot I seen v cuts and they did not do it right my other daughter also got a cut but her hair looks the same barely can see the layers she wanted her layers to show and for my I asked them to fix my bangs n they cut it too short so yea won’t be going there no more

Critical: ValueI made 2 appointments for my daughter and myself for 2 cuts. The lady cutting my daughters hair, washed, cut to her specifications, blow dried and styled. Exactly what she wanted. My stylist argued about length (since when is there a rule for how long a style can be?) frustrated me until I just asked her to trim my split ends and be done. She sprayed it with a water bottle, trimmed the ends, all total spent about 3 minutes and took the cape off. Fine. We go to pay. She can’t use the system, only her phone and a square. So it was 2 transactions. My daughters total? 35.00. Wow, reasonable and a great price. My 3 minute split end trim? 30.00. How? How is that even close to the same price? She did absolutely nothing. Zero product, zero time. I’ve been there before with great results, I will not however go back.
