Absolutely the best!!! My hair was a hot mess and Liz and her team worked wonders. The color looks amazing, they worked really hard and the results show. Super friendly and warm. I’m always anxious to go and sit for long time to do my hair, but I enjoyed my time there so much that it felt like going out with friends. Thank you M Nino!!!!

I recently moved to this area and was looking my for a new salon for service. I go by this salon daily so thought I’d stop in and talk to the owner. She seemed knowledgeable and personable. I made an appt. for just a clean up of my current style, I haven’t had it trimmed since January. When I arrived, I showed a pic of the style I have been getting for more than 15 yrs. and I explained, very clearly, that I wanted to keep my length, long layers (mine had pretty much grown out) and most importantly, I wanted the front cut into a very sharp downward angle, as i was explaining i was motioning downward with my hand along side my face and saying, straight down angle, because i wear my hair rounded in toward my face the full length of my hair. She seemed to understand and recommended the “calligraphy cut”. I agreed. But this did not in anyway, change what I wanted. I did not want a new style! The cut seemed to take way too long and I got a sense that she knew she messed up. When all said and done, my hair was at least 5 inches shorter, it looked like she started cutting it into an inch or 2 above the shoulder Bob but then realized she messed up. The hair in the front, 4 inches deep was chopped horizontally straight back and then carried all the way around the back, but the back wasn’t through all of my hair like the front 4 inches. The length that I had left in the back was so thin and choppy because she cut the rest off in her mad layering. On top if that, it was lopsided, very noticeablely shorter on one aide than the other. I was devastated and speechless! Then she asked what I thought, and I calmly told her that it was nothing like what I asked for or expected. She immediately became defensive and said it’s exactly like the pic I showed her. I disagreed and from there things escalated. I asked her if she heard what I explained and all she could say was it was like the pic. She was very condescending and treated me as if i were an idiot and had no idea what i was talking about. After being forced to engage in an arguement, the owner decided to come over and chime in and of course supported the stylist. I know for a fact the cut in the pic is exactly what I explained because I’ve used it multiple times and the stylist knew exactly what to do. I have been going to high-end salons for more than 25 yrs and have been very loyal to the 2 long term stylists. I just thought it was time for a change and their prices just got too expensive. I’d cut it myself if i could reach and see all the way around. I also showed the pic to other stylists before writing my review, just to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. Which I wasnt! I have never been treated so poorly by any service provider in my life. Unfortunately, there is no easy fix to the mess she made, except cutting it all into the Bob. I went in with a lot of very long healthy hair that was to the middle of my back, well past the bottom of my bra band, When I left, the little bit of long hair I had left didn’t even reach the top of the bra at all. Very upset and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this salon unless you don’t care what you end up leaving with. If 0 stars were an option, that’s what I would have selected. And, it gets even better. After she saw the review on her facebook page, her solution was to convince anyone following, that i did not leave the salon like that and must have chopped it up myself. Really!! Just a testament to The professionalism of this salon and Liz, the owner. What would anyone have to gain by doing something like that to their own hair? A $200 Bill from another salon to fix it? Seriously now?! Think about it.. it would physically be impossible to do this to your own hair. I get that some people who’ve had good experiences there would find it hard to believe that Ann Marie would mess up this bad, but sad to say folks she Did! This is real.

I got my haircut a few months ago but I had a lovely experience ! Bob cut my hair and he was very nice 🙂 I told him he could cut my hair however because I didn’t really have a vision in mind and he did a great job! Currently growing my hair out some more but will definitely return to him !
