The salon is beautiful and decorated beautifully! I get my hair colored, cut and styled by Lindsey Meyer. She ALWAYS does such an amazing job. She always has really good ideas for color that are in style and fun to try. She makes sure to protect my hair when lightening it and I never have a problem with breakage. I 100 percent recommend Lindsey if you need to get your hair cut, colored or styled.

This was my first experience with this place, and it will be my last. Since having my second child, my hair seems to fall out by the handful in the shower. I have been doing some research on shampoos and conditioners that can help combat that. Strengthening the hair follicles or whatever can help promote hair growth. I came across a product that said it is sold at Salon M. I walked into the salon when there was one employee working and she was presently cutting a customer’s hair, didn’t ask her name but she had short blonde hair, and I went in greeted and unnoticed for a few minutes. Being in customer service myself, whether you’re currently busy or not, acknowledging your customers’ presence is important. So I decided to walk myself deeper into the salon and find the product myself. THEN SHE SPOKE TO ME! “Can I help you with anything?” I told her I was looking for product to reduce hair loss. That’s when she laughed at me and basically rolled her eyes, then spoke in a condescending voice, “uhhmmm I don’t think anything like that exists, haha” so now that she has been openly condescending and rude to me in front of other customers, I walked out crying. If it didn’t exist, I wouldn’t have been looking for it. I hope the lady who treated me this way reads this, but you never know what a person is going through. I am sad and angry and scared every day that I’m going to be bald by my 60’s and I’m just desperately looking for a solution. I came to YOUR workplace seeking help, and all I got was laughed at. That is no way to run a business. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
