I’ve been coming here for years, but lately every time I go I can’t get any service out of them. I am always told to come back 2 or 3 days later as if they know my schedule. They only wants to deal with white people to me anyways. I’ve watched how white people can come in at anytime and get service done it doesn’t matter if it’s a manicure or pedicure. I am very upset that they make a difference like they do. In a business money is money. They are always short staffed and when you do get a chance to get service there is a long wait for hours, but white people get in get out. Another thing if you’re not consistent in going to get service their whole attitudes changes with you as if you’re just suppose to wait on them for service. I do not care to support them anymore after what I’ve experienced the last couple of times I’ve been there. I hope others consider in taking their coins elsewhere as well. Please black people wake up your money is not appreciated here at all.

truthfully the worst experience i’ve had at a nail shop, my nails are bumpy, uneven, and she wasn’t able to do the simple design i asked for and have it look good. really disappointed didn’t even want to pay for them. wouldnt come here again also super unsanitary, wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want nice nails and a clean environment

Even though the ratings for this salon were low, I still visited because two friends recommended it. I had an unpleasant visit. I was waited on by the older man in the shop and he was HORRIBLE. He was rude, rough and very unprofessional. I’ve never had the gel polish run off, after washing my hands. He sighed in disgust when he had to redo that hand. Fast forward two days and two nails are splitting. I drove over 25 miles to have them repaired and I walked in and was completely ignored. No one said anything to me. I signed in and waited patiently. The next customer, a white patron, walked in and was greeted with enthusiasm. I still tried to hold my peace but when someone approached her to ask what she was having done, even though I arrived before her, I was finished. I’m disgusted!!! I DO NOT recommend this nail salon under any circumstances!! They should close for a couple of months for professional skills training or something.

I’ve been coming to this place for about a year now. I was referred by a customer and was told meme is the best. Which is true. She is the best in the shop. However, she’s very unprofessional, she’s the only esthetician, her clientele is very large and it’s always a wait. Jobs that only take 45min will be 3-5 hours of waiting. Not to mention no discounts are given only a 6oz. of water. Oh and if anyone comes in and need Lashes or brows done she will stop on you and service them..I feel they should wait just as I have been.
