I needed color correcting due to my own hair coloring disaster, and found the salon from a groupon that I purchased. She was honest and gave me options to fix and color my hair how i wanted.

Finally, I took the chance and had Jodi color, highlight, and cut my hair, and she did a beautiful job. I cut ties with Northbrook and never looked back. My stylist, Jodi, did a great job with the cut, and for a few months I went to her for a trim in between my color appointments in Northbrook. When I called to make my appointment, the person cut me off before i could even tell her when I wanted to make my appointment and told me they didn’t have anything for a few days, before i could even tell her i didn’t want my appointment for another 8 days. I brushed it off. But, I arrived and I was barely greeted. I also didn’t appreciate that a customer sat there and chatted and gossiped with the nail person during my appointment. I get how awesome it is to have hometown feel, but it was unprofessional. She did a great job on the manicure n pedicure, but I won’t be returning.
