I am out of town so not a regular customer at Salon Luna but recently was in town visiting and my toddler desperately needed a haircut. The owner Lauren Bouvy did an amazing job! She took her time with him and made him feel comfortable and explained what she was doing. He sat still the entire time and watched with wide eyes the whole time! His haircut turned out so well and since it’s been cut I’ve received multiple compliments on it.

I cannot recommend Salon Luna enough! I have followed the owner, Lauren Bouvy, from two other salons in the past. She has created such an inviting space with a crew of amazing stylists. They are all so knowledgeable, personable, fun and are constantly bettering themselves in their skills. I’ve always been a plain Jane getting only hair cuts and eyebrow waxes, which I’ve always been pleased with. But, my last appointment I had a Brazilian blowout. I am so happy I trusted Lauren and had it done. My hair is so much healthier and it has cut my styling routine down significantly. There are many salons I could go closer to my home, but Salon Luna is more than worth the commute for the best treatment and hospitality.

We moved to the area last year from about 45 minutes away. I originally tried another salon and did not feel a “click” with my stylist. I decided to continue my search for a salon before booking a return appointment. I happened to stumble upon Salon Luna on Google and found that it was only 20 minutes from my house. After reading many glowing reviews, I decided to book my first appointment. I first came to the salon in April 2022 and saw Lauren Bouvy, the owner. After leaving that first appointment, I knew I had found my salon and stylist. Lauren just did my hair for the 4th time since I became her client. I love the results!! My mom used to own her own salon, so I can be rather picky, but also know great results when I see them. Lauren takes her time and talks you through a plan for your hair. She wants her clients to be happy, but also gives you realistic expectations to accomplish your hair goals. The salon is super clean, well decorated, and filled with other great stylists who all collaborate together and truly make your experience at the salon one of a kind. Lauren and her team at Salon Luna are definitely worth the visit – you won’t be sorry!
