Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI scheduled full color and a cut after my normal salon was unresponsive, and should have left. The location is adorable, but my stylist was timid and didn’t have suggestions when I asked her what would help my hair look thicker(struggling with post cancer thinning), and had to ask her colleagues for direction. Two hours for highlights instead of the full color I asked for, with no blending in my six months of growth or the cut I had originally requested. The brushes had hair from previous clients sticking out and there was no cleaning of stations or the sink area between clients. I left not looking any different than when I walked in, with no product even to secure the styling when it was windy and raining outside.
