Dess Diosa the Nail Designer, is the best nail tech at Salon Lofts! I always leave with my new favorite set of nails because it’s hard to say which set was my favorite. Her personality also makes the time spent there enjoyable. She is creative and can add her own flair to a set that makes them turn out better than you imagined.

Don’t go to Kaycee Flu Allen! TERRIBLE customer service! Completely ignored what I wanted! Agreed to re-use the luxury hair I had in my hair then refused to install it. Even as i sat in her chair and asked why she wasnt putting it in when she agreed to, she ignored me. Then when I reached out to her and brought it to her attention after the service, she did nothing to resolve the issue. Instead she lied and said the pieces were cut up (they weren’t!) And blamed me for the whole thing. NO accountability whatsoever. She just did my hair the way she wanted, not the way I asked. There are DOZENS of great stylists in the Columbus Area eager to make sure their clients are satisfied. Avoid this one and go elsewhere!!

Well, the Salon Lofts Whitehall is the home of my sister Barber who does a fabulous job.Sista Cutta is the name of her shop and she will get you done right. There are a variety of other stylists available in the shop as well, but Sista Cutta is the one I go to.
