I went to Amanda she is one of the few stylist who caters to Caucasian wonen. She cannot do a blowout which was a no brainer for a licensed hairdresser to me I had blonde hair and she did highlights it looked exactly the same way from when I walked in and when I left except I paid $350+ but like I said she cannot do a blowout she seemed very lazy about it and rude but for the money I was paying that’s the least she could have done NEVER AGAIN!!

I see Violet Rose owner of Wake Pretty Lashes at the salon lofts. She has excellent service, gives you the look you desire, and doesn’t take forever like some lash artists. Wilecia LaRoyce on both #1: she is capable of doing good work as you can clearly see on her web photos but on my hair she totally missed the mark and gave me a totally different color than what I asked for. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, a pretty ginger color that she had done on a previous client, she took me in without doing a strand test first to see what it would take for my hair to look ginger, she then allegedly applied the same color as her previous client and I ended up with an ombre color: streaks of ginger on my bangs and dark auburn mid to my hair’s ends.I initially was impressed with the over all look even though it wasn’t what I originally wanted and said that I loved it. But when I was alone with my hair I realized it was nothing like the picture. My mom texted her asking her if there was any way to fix it but she dismissed that question entirely and just answered that she used the same formula as her previous client. We then went over in person, when we asked her again what can be done to fix the color she got defensive, dismissed us telling us her dye work was rightly done, that we should just accept the color results and refused to continue talking or working with us. I hope no one else goes thru this bad hair color experience with her as she will not take responsibility for her mistakes and fix it so there goes $300 that I paid her down the drain since we will now have to pay someone else to fix the color mess she left me with. Her general dismissive and defensive attitude put me on edge from the beginning and it wasn’t worth dealing with as my results were below satisfactory.
