Scheduled an appointment with Kelly Golden at Rea Farms location (Loft #5) a few days in advance for hair wash & styling and received an email confirmation. This appointment was for my mother-in-law. When she showed up for her appointment promptly, Kelly’s loft was locked. My mother-in-law waited around for 20 minutes, but Kelly never showed up. Another stylist who was at the salon was kind enough to call Kelly, but she didn’t pick up. She never contacted me by either phone call, text, or email to let me know that she won’t make it to the appointment. Very disappointing experience.

I go to Gina a Massage Therapist and she works wonders. I have a stiff neck and shoulders that are tense all the time. She is such a great MT. If you want someone to listen to your needs and help your body she’s the one.

This is such a great place to come get a haircut, the facility is super classy. Each barber has their own private room, so you get private, personalized service and a high-end feeling. My particular barber is Leon Stepherson. He is amazing. He is the best Barber I’ve had in 35 years on this earth. I’m sure all of the other stylist are great here as well. Highly recommend this place.
