I recommend you NOT schedule with Emily. I had an appointment to get my hair done, and when I arrived at the salon she had left because she wasn’t feeling well. I understand that people get sick, but I didn’t get a call or text or email about the cancellation. It was very disappointing! She obviously doesn’t care about her customers and should take a class on customer service!!!

First time here even though it is literally “right down the street”. Shop is clean, well lit, all salon owners we encountered were super friendly. My daughter had an appointment with Toni. Loved her, loved the cut, loved the color. The location itself is great; but Toni was real star. She started on time, did great color/cut, and provided styling tips for different looks which was excellent as this is new look for my daughter.

I absolutely recommend salon lofts in Pickerington! Its always nice and clean. Tammi Reeves is absolutely amazing at her craft and I just love her to death! I’ve been going to her for about 4 years now and will never go to another hairstylist! I’ll follow her wherever she goes! Highly highly recommend her!

All I can say is they never return emails and when you book an appointment they like to just cancel them less than 24 hour notice at 10:30 at night Yeah they want you to provide a credit card in case you cancel yeah what do we get when they cancel scammers. Hallie Bradley, jacci Hutchinson and kimber winter!!! Terrible customer service!

My original appointment there got cancelled the day before, but fortunately Angi was available and she did such a great job with my hair! I even got to peek at the girl’s color that went before me – highlighter pink! – and she looked really great too. Definitely rebooking!
