Tried Kara Johnson in Salon Loft 13 and she is very unprofessional. She performed a service that did not last and I found out from a professional lash artist that she put clusters also known as fans on my eyes instead of the classic lashes that I paid for. She charged $80 for a fill-in that she performed in 15 minutes. I wondered why she could do individual lashes so fast but later found out when I went to a professional lash artist that she used different cheap lashes. Customers BEWARE of who is doing your lash services as this so-called artist is in it just for the money and doesn’t care about providing great customer service. The person who referred me is no longer going to Kara Johnson either as she has now learned that she using cluster lashes on her as well but calling them individuals.

Would not recommend this place. After downloading app (which is the main way to schedule an appointment. Unless you walk in and schedule your own appointment on their computer. ) After scheduling my appointment and waiting for 1 half hours. I texted my specialist because she was late. It was only then I was informed that she was off on Monday and she doesn’t know how they let it be scheduled. (My guess is because she didn’t make herself unavailable that day.) Anyway they have your credit card info when booking and can charge you 35.00 for cancellation. So if you make any mistakes in scheduling you could be held liable and I don’t like my credit card number stored in their system to be used at anytime. If your wondering, there is no secretary or human to talk to either. Just you and computer. I will not return and I drove 45 minutes to get there. I went down the block and got a fabulous cut and color and got my money worth and talked to humans that thanked me for my business.
