Critical: ProfessionalismErin, a lash technician at the Mentor Salon Lofts, cancelled my lash extension appointment via text an hour and a half before my appointment. I had made the appointment 3.5 weeks prior but she texted me to say her lash order was supposed to arrive the night before but never came. She asked me to reschedule for several days later but I was leaving for vacation the next day. I didn’t have time to find someone else before my vacation because most technicians book way in advance. Erin, a lash technician at the Mentor Salon Lofts, cancelled my lash extension appointment via text an hour and a half before my appointment. I had made the appointment 3.5 weeks prior but she texted me to say her lash order was supposed to arrive the night before but never came.
