I went to Jennifer Sabater. It was an awful experience on Saturday. She looked hungover and un kept salon when I walked in. She was on her phone all day. I booked a full highlight session for $250, but she said it was a color correction and tried to charge me $650 dollars. She is very unprofessional, she left me sitting there for an hour while she went to get something to eat. after leaving bleach on my hair for 4 hours, my hair is falling out. She is an absolute scammer. My hair looks terrible. And she doesn’t deserve the 350 that I gave her.

Went to Jennifer Sabater for a color correction. She did not ask what I wanted and was hungover during the appointment. She took 4-5 phone calls as well as stepped out without saying anything 7-8 times during the appointment. I left unhappy and uncertain about my hair and when I messaged her a few days later that I was very unhappy and would like to get it fixed or a refund, rather than responding she blocked my phone number.
