I cane in today with a platinum blonde balayage that I’ve had for the last couple of years, looking for a change. I’m still pretty new to the area, so I was trying out a new stylist and I just wish I hadn’t. Allison was nice enough during the service and seemed to know what I was asking for when I showed her my reference pictures. The cut turned out fine, but the color….it’s truly awful and not even close to what I asked for. I told her as much and she offered to put more highlights in it aka bleach after I had told her I specifically didn’t want bleach on my hair this time as I was PLATINUM when I came in. I asked for a refund and she said she’d give me $20 back for my $140 service. Awful customer service and now I have to book another appointment to attempt to fix this before I have to go back to work. I’m attaching pictures of what I had, what I asked for and what I got for reference. My ask wasn’t ridiculous or unachievable by any stretch. I’m really disappointed and sad that my day was ruined and even more upset that I won’t have the opportunity or time to get it fixed before my wedding.
