I went to salon loft with yu xin in loft 20 for my haircut. It was the worst experience I have ever had. First she don’t know female hair cut at all.. second she Don’t under what we are trying to tell her. She made a disaster on my hair.. she cut my hair like 2 year old person who use their scissors anywhere. Not only the cut was worst but she cut my half of the hair growth in addition to this she use very dirty clothes on you in this covid situation. She is very harsh on the head while she wash the hair & cut also. So if you are female with dense beautiful hair please please don’t go with Yu Xin.
