I bought a Groupon with Denise. To make an appt through an app you need to put in a credit card. I questioned it since I have a Groupon. I then put in my credit card info and she texted me that since I questioned her credit card policy she was not the right stylist for me and cancelled my appt. but still has my credit card info! Sounds like a scam to me. I do not trust this person. At the worst she is a scam artist and at the least she is an overly sensitive snowflake. How dare I ask a question about how my credit card information is being used!

Had a really great haircut with Andrew Boyd- he was able to squeeze me in last minute, was very professional and friendly, and gave me an amazing haircut (even better because he had my quarantine mess of hair to work with). Sarah Pulley does an amazing job. I have been seeing her for about 5 years. She does a great consultation to get an understanding of what I want done each time, and I am always happy with the color and cut. I also love the products she uses. The Moroccan Oil products are my favorite, and now I won’t use anything else.

Weeks later I’m still stunned at a very poor experience here. I still hate how my haircut looks now, so I’m taking the opportunity to write about why. I gave express instructions on exactly what I wanted. A page long of instructions I typed out the day before, so I remembered what I needed the stylist to do to achieve the look I wanted. My hair is troublesome in both cut and especially color, so I’ve learned how best to approach it. The stylist (who shall remain nameless to protect her business) said she could do everything I wanted and that she didn’t have any questions after I read my instructions to her.
