This review is specifically regarding Claire in loft 16. I was a new client, booked a week in advance, then she texted me 20 minutes before my appointment when I was already on my way and asked to reschedule for Saturday. I told her that I couldn’t, as I would be out of town. She didn’t respond, so I showed up on time for my appointment and I found her doing the hair of two girls… She asked, “Can you come back later tonight?” She lost a client before she even started. Don’t bother, she’ll just waste your time.
