She does not listen and proceeds to do whatever she wants. Very disrespectful! I ended up looking like a poodle. Just had eyebrow threaded by Arpitaben loft #17 and she is amazing!! I’m super picky and just moved to the area so happy I found her. Going back for a facial as she is sweet, knows her craft well, and is reasonable priced. Check her out for some great hair removing. She offers both threading and waxing you choose.

I just have to say that, Monica Jones at Salon lofts in Carollwood is AMAZING! She is super sweet, very helpful, and listens to my needs. If you request something done, she will give you her honest opinion if it will work or not, and instead will figure it out with her client on how to achieve the look. I have seen many many clients leave her loft satisfied, and look AMAZING! I have been to many stylists in Tampa, never keeping the same one, but I’m happy to have finally found someone who I can go to every time, that knows my hair. I highly recommend giving her a try!
