I was sooo grateful they got me in last minute for a cut – but my stylist was really rough on my head in general. I got a very brief and not very thorough wash and condition. and there wasn’t a lot of gentleness when it came to brushing out my long, wet hair – at one point she kind of put her whole body into getting a tangle out, which was really not comfortable on my scalp. I asked for my ends to not look like they had a blunt or rough chop, and some parts do – my top layer really doesn’t flow into my hair nicely. I’m probably not coming here again, but thank you anyway 🙁
