Jenna made my day! My hair was a mess…gray roots, dark brown with highlights. I was adesperate for a reshaping. She explained what my choices were and helped me to understand what was possible. She did everything I requested and I was so pleased with the results. Jenna will be seeing me again. I highly recommend her if you are grey, need someone who understands coloring, and need someone you can trust.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m highly disappointed at the lack of professionalism and severe lack of detail to my hair color. After the stylist completed my hair color (root touch up and all over color) I noticed that she missed several spots all over my head and failed to cover the greys. For the pricing and location, I was disappointed at this lack of detail. I went back to the salon 9 days later since I started to notice more and more missed areas, and asked the stylist to simply touch it up. Rather than understanding there was a lack of quality in the work in the first place, she wanted to charge me again ($120 more!) claiming that roots can grow back as quickly as 9 days. Salon Le Volume is a wonderful place to get your hair done! I had an appointment with Nicole this morning and it was delightful! We had a consultation in which she really listened to what I was looking for but also made sure what I wanted would work with my hair texture! The shampoo service was excellent! She made sure to give a great service and make sure I didn’t get covered in water. My hair cut was efficient and also excellent and I felt so beautiful and confident when I left. The salon was clean and beautiful! You will not be disappointed when you leave here!

Melissa is awesome, she really took her time and tried to give me the perfect cut. I really appreciate that. You dont have a lot of hair stylist who does that. She makes it so comfortable from beginning to end and also even offer me a drink and also gave me a few pointers on my hair. It was my first and definitely won’t be my last.
