I finally made the trip back to this salon and totally worth it. Ana was my stylist and she did an excellent job. Plus she is kind, attentive and professional answered all my questions prior to service. I definitely recommend this salon and Ana. Do note the payment method is Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp. Totally caught me by surprise, since I use my debit card for everything.

I was looking into going lighter and I’m always skeptical on how light they can get my hair without damaging my hair , so I never get my hopes up. He did an amazing job he got my hair as light as I wanted . I was a first time client but he treated me like I had been going there for years , such a great personality. He explained what he was going to do to my hair and made me feel really comfortable . The picture attached is my before and after and shows the great quality of work he does. I was referred by a friend to Frank at Salon Lavish in Covina . I was looking into going lighter and I’m always skeptical on how light they can get my hair without damaging my hair , so I never get my hopes up. He did an amazing job he got my hair as light as I wanted . I was a first time client but he treated me like I had been going there for years , such a great personality. This was my first time here. I got my hair colored and cut. Thomas did a fantastic job. He met every expectation that I had. I will definitely come back again. if you want your hair to look amazing I recommend to ask for Thomas. He’s a Sweetheart he’s polite and does a amazing job.

I have been searching for a new stylist as I’m pretty new to the area so I gave this place a try. I was a little desperate as I was very overdue and had some serious roots going on. So in my haste I didn’t think much of being vigilant with asking all the details. I am thankful as they got me in kinda last minute on a Friday afternoon. My stylist was very friendly and professional, the salon is clean and welcoming if I were to say anything”bad” is that the front desk girl struck me as lazy but that’s just me being nitpicky. Why 3 stars then? For the price I would have expected to LOVE my hair and I like it, the color is very well done, not exactly what I envisioned but it’s a good dye job so I know when to leave good enough alone, but for the cut, I would describe it as very “OK”. But if I’m being honest I had complete sticker shock when she told me my total and for how much they charge for a cut and hilights my expectation is that I’d be just enamored with my look and I’d describe it as good, not great, and not $270 good at all. I’m still shopping.

I have them one star because it was sathurday I was at rush and I was new at this area from Orange County after 15 minutes waiting just to give me price they took advantage from my time and for just shampoo and brash my hair they give me price $90! I went to welcoming salon with professional job they wash and brash my hair for $25! That’s no trust .
