My daughter made offhand comments during a haircut about something that wasn’t even true, and without even speaking to me for clarification or explanation, cancelled my upcoming appointment and is refusing to let me schedule future appointments. Absolutely horrendous customer service and no professionalism! My daughter made offhand comments during a haircut about something that wasn’t even true, and without even speaking to me for clarification or explanation, cancelled my upcoming appointment and is refusing to let me schedule future appointments.
