Lacey knows what she’s doing when it comes to installs my frontals/ and closures always last over 2 weeks. She takes her time with you and ensures that not only does your install look great but she also cares about your natural hair as well!

I have visited SLM three times and each time the staff is always courteous, fast and friendly. Jeremy does a great job, but since he is out on leave, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Lacy. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy stylist never showed up to my appointment. He was going to be 1 hour+ late. After scheduling an appointment a week in advance and confirming through all the texts sent at 5 am. After waiting for 30 minutes I was told he needed more time and maybe I could go get breakfast. To think by the time he would get started I should be heading out. I couldn’t and didn’t stay because I had plans that day but they honestly messed up my whole weekend.Of course things happen and situations arise, but appointments are made for a reason. And in a customer service business, I would hope accommodations would be made or the situation would be explained fully. Granted details dont have to be given, but I’m just asking for more notice- if a worker is unable to make the appointment or will be an hour late then that should be expressed. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and awesome energy. J had me feeling like the Miami Diva that I am. All of the staff was customer-friendly, and I really appreciated that. You never know what ppl are going thru so IF it takes getting their hair done to boost their self-esteem or to get out of a depressed funk so thank you J and the rest of the Salon Lace Me staff.

Sasha….was a life saver! I went in as a walkin from a hair tornado. Jerry reviewed my hair crisis and Sasha was able to work her magic & create a totally different outcome from what I walked in with. I can’t say enough good things about the salon. The atmosphere is most definitely inviting, the chemistry the stylists have together will keep you laughing and at ease. I love the knowledge they give you about hair care and return visits to ensure you’re able to manage your style and not damage your natural hair. Thank you for again coming to my 911 hair Rescue! Even though I liked my hair, I will not go to this Salon ever again. The lack of professionalism from the owner Jerri/Lacy was appalling. I asked a simple question about what she was about to do with my hair because I wasn’t sure if she got me mixed up with another client. I asked very nicely. She yelled at me to turn around and told me not to question her. And continued to yell at me in front of her clients. I’ve never seen a place where the owner of a business should feel comfortable yelling at the clients in the manner she did. A lot of people liked my hair, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on lack of professionalism alone.
