Critical: Quality, ValueI walked in and asked for a a basic trim and got weird, choppy layers by Mr. king. I’m generally not one to complain but I cried (in shock) after I left the salon because of how choppy and strange my long, blonde hair looked. I asked for a basic trim and it didn’t seem as if my hairdresser was really paying any attention to me or what he was doing while he was cutting my hair. I walked in and asked for a a basic trim and got weird, choppy layers by Mr. king. I’m generally not one to complain but I cried (in shock) after I left the salon because of how choppy and strange my long, blonde hair looked. I asked for a basic trim and it didn’t seem as if my hairdresser was really paying any attention to me or what he was doing while he was cutting my hair. I’ve never had such a poorly done haircut.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI absolutely loved this salon they were so quick about getting me in . Terry there is a hoot a he is so funny will have you laughing the whole time! They were not snooty like other salons I have been too they make you feel like a part of the family and they actually care about your experience at the salon all I can say is I have visited several different salons in seneca as I’m from Tennessee and this one hands down is IT ! I went in with a mess of a hair do from a failed attempt at home hair dye experiment they fixed me right up great job guys your the best WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE SPENDING ALL MY BEAUTY ALLOWANCES AT SALON LA ROUGEI absolutely loved this salon they were so quick about getting me in . I absolutely loved this salon they were so quick about getting me in . Terry there is a hoot a he is so funny will have you laughing the whole time!
