I am so happy with my hair! Krystal and Tommy are absolutely fabulous, they did a consultation and executed our vision flawlessly. All of the staff there went above and beyond making sure we all were taken care of and felt amazing when we left. I spent a bit of time and was able to see so many happy people. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came in today for a keratin express treatment hoping to gain some manageability of a haircut that was not working out for me (done at a different salon not in the local area). I’ve been wearing my hair in a bun, ponytail or hiding it in a hat since January 2020! Bill not only did an immaculate job on the keratin but couldn’t let me leave with the unflattering shape of my cut and texture of my ends. Belinda, the salon owner was kind enough to come over and add in her thoughts as well. I could not be more happy and excited with the results! As well as deeply appreciative that Bill and Belinda were experienced, talented, and caring enough to spend extra time with me and make fine tune adjustments to blend my haircut without losing any length (without even asking because I have been so defeated by my hair). Thank you both so very much for knowing and giving me what I needed. I feel like I have gotten not only my hair back but a part of myself as well, I can look in the mirror and feel more confident in my appearance. I came in today for a keratin express treatment hoping to gain some manageability of a haircut that was not working out for me (done at a different salon not in the local area). I’ve been wearing my hair in a bun, ponytail or hiding it in a hat since January 2020! Bill not only did an immaculate job on the keratin but couldn’t let me leave with the unflattering shape of my cut and texture of my ends.
