I moved to Winchester recently & going to a new salon is always a bit scary. The ladies at the front were very nice and helped me schedule the same day. I don’t even know where to start with my stylist Seth. He listened to exactly what I wanted and informed me of what he felt was best for my hair. He walked me through step by step to make sure I was comfortable as I was getting a drastic haircut. In the end, after 45 short minutes of great conversation I got exactly what I wanted and will definitely be returning for all my hair needs. Thanks again!

I am new to the area and was looking for a new salon, which is not easy to do. After about a week of off and on research, I finally made an appointment to cut my hair off. For anyone who has cut off more than an inch or two, you know how scary it can be, so finding a good stylist is key. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day with Seth. He took about 5 or so inches off my hair and my hair looks AMAZING! He gave me the most amazing cut, styled it perfectly, and gave me tips on products and and styling. Not only that, but he was really fun to talk to. I ended up buying the product he used on me as well. I highly recommend this salon and Seth. The vibe/environment of the salon is also great and everything ran pretty much on time. In the past, I’ve been to salons where you show up for an appointment only for the stylist to be running late and you don’t get in for 30-40 mins later. That did not happen here, and they also offered water, coffee/tea, wine or beer. You can’t go wrong with this salon!

Just moved to the area and needed a new salon. Tough process that I was dreading, to be honest. But then Salon Kelektiv came up in a search for Goldwell salons and I called to find out more. I ended up working with Seth for first a consultation, then a first appointment. (Then a second and counting….) Not only is he very personable and easy to make conversation with (cuz you are there for at least two hours on a good day), but he has rescued my train wreck hair. I feel very lucky and very happy!!!

Positive: ProfessionalismI came here after having my hair overprocessed by someone at another salon and it was chopped so uneven and so short that my repair options were limited. Peyton has been working on my hair and advising me on what steps to take to reach my end goal. It isn’t all about the money for her and she actually remembered me and what happened to my hair and its history when I came back a second time. This made me feel like someone actually cares and paid attention to me which made me feel so much more comfortable. My hair isn’t where I want it to be but my confidence is restored and I’m confident Peyton will get me to where I want to be in time with the integrity of my hair in mind. I would 100% recommend. I have felt so comfortable here after I was basically reeling inside with patchy hair. Peyton has been working on my hair and advising me on what steps to take to reach my end goal. The staff that cut my hair was absolutely didn’t do the style I want. I showed to her the picture of the haircut I want & she seems don’t know what she’s doing. I was so disappointed. Do NOT go to this salon. Just a waste.
