She cares about her clients wishes and strives to make you feel and look your best! I look forward to every hair appointment, it’s always a good time! Before her, I had several experiences with other stylists and never really left feeling 100% satisfied with my hair. This changed when I started going to Natalie. I think what differs about her is that she takes the time to engage with her clients and get to know their personalities, which gives her a better idea of styles, cuts, and colors that will mesh well with that person. She is very attentive to my concerns about hair damage (I have very thin hair) and I honestly am not comfortable trusting anyone else with my hair. Natalie at Salon Kay has been my stylist for over 10 years. Before her, I had several experiences with other stylists and never really left feeling 100% satisfied with my hair. This changed when I started going to Natalie. Unlike most stylists, she truly cares about the integrity of your hair and is honest with you from the get-go. She listens to what you want and offers great recommendations, customized to whatever you’re looking to achieve- WITHOUT damaging your hair! I’m very particular and only trust her with my hair (cut, color, style). She pretty much dyed my hair every color possible throughout the years and nailed it each time.
