Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThis review is for Alyssa at Salon Kathleen. Alyssa is super sweet, bubbly and just provides good service that’s straight to the point! She’s talented and really understands balayage for all hair types, including textured and dark hair. It’s kind of hard to find someone that can create a beautiful balayage in a one-step process with dark, textured hair. Alyssa is able to do it and she’s really great at the toning process as well. The products that Salon Kathleen uses are high quality and smell really good. It’s also a very spacious salon, making it easy to social distance, immaculately clean with very friendly staff. This review is for Alyssa at Salon Kathleen. Alyssa is super sweet, bubbly and just provides good service that’s straight to the point! She’s talented and really understands balayage for all hair types, including textured and dark hair. For most of my adult life (I’m 28) I’ve never kept up with my hair by a professional; that was, until, I was looking to finally treat myself and get my hair done. I was recommended Matt by a family member and I wasn’t disappointed! He is professional, has an awesome personality and an absolute wizard with hair. The salon itself is beautiful and clean, with an up to trend aesthetic and flow. I was even given Prosecco while getting my hair colored! I fully intend on continuing to be a returning and satisfied customer. For most of my adult life (I’m 28) I’ve never kept up with my hair by a professional; that was, until, I was looking to finally treat myself and get my hair done.
