I was not at all impressed with my experience at Salon Karma. I went to get my nails done by Kristine and they came out horribly. Kristine barely talked to me at all throughout the process and even answered her cell phone and began talking in another language (Portuguese?). This is so unprofessional. If I were an employer Kristine would be the absolute last person I would want to represent my business and my industry. I will not be returning.

Went here over the weekend for a wedding, so we all got updos. Half of the girl’s hair was coming undone, including mine, even before the ceremony. Two of the girl’s hair looked like a rat’s nest, not pinned curls, and we all paid top dollar. My bf said our hair didn’t look professionally done, and when a guy says that you know its bad. After this, I won’t go there for anything.
