On time, professional, charges me a fair price, does an amazing job on my hair, great conversation and fast! I do not know what else I can say. The location was a little hard for me to find. I used a groupon because I was searching for a great hair stylist that heard me. I have found it in Julie!

I had tried to schedule an appointment with this salon and was treated poorly from the start. I shared a picture of what I was wanting and was told that what I wanted was incorrect from the services I was asking for. I didn’t know the difference between balayage and highlights as I’ve never had balayage. After that, I scheduled an appointment through Facebook messenger and was told my appointment date and time. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment, the lights were off and the door was locked. I messaged the stylist on Facebook messenger asking if I had somehow to get the date wrong and I received no answer. I then called the number listed on the Facebook page and it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. After I was already home, I got a message saying the stylist was in Portland on their way back, but I was already home. She then told me to call her to reschedule m, but after doing so I was still sent to voicemail. I then texted her telling her I would like to reschedule and she said to give her minute and she would call me back. I waited 30 minutes for her to call me back. I texted again and got another excuse as to why my appointment couldn’t be scheduled. This is BY FAR the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any sort of service industry. Terrible communication from owner and no chance of feeling like you matter or your appointment is a priority.

Curtis , We addressed this issue with your Groupon email. Your intentions are in question why you are posting untrue mean spirited comments on every site the salon is on. Your wife Amanda asked for an all over color that was not in the “Groupon deal”. As per Groupon additional charges may apply if it is not the “deal”. Amanda was okay with paying the $25.00 and loved her hair when she left the salon. You were not present at the appointment. We are requesting that you have no further contact with the salon, as we are seeing a pattern of harassment.
