Salon Joseph Michael and Spa

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI was super excited to get my haircut by Joseph based on reading excellent Google reviews about him and his salon. The whole experience for me was extremely awkward and embarrassing to say the least. Although the salon was extremely clean the atmosphere was not! It seemed like other word out of Mr. Joseph Michaels mouth was a swear. Then there was the sign (“” dreaded air quotes “”) “The Sign“ that asked customers not to discuss politics in His shop. That there sign was just that, a sign , with some verbiage that only pertained to certain customers/nobodies (like myself, maybe,I guess). Verbatim : “Nobody is in here right now so I can go ahead and say this”… Political hour at the salon has just begun folks … All the while lil ole me “Nobody“ the customer who had a 2:30p haircut appointment that began around 4:00p. Only to be completely uncomfortable the entire time with a $45 uneven chop job and bangs that I even said I did not want!!! At the end of the day I didn’t feel comfortable enough to even express any dislike, especially b/c I feel he was in such a hurry to close up for the day. Extremely disappointing waste of a Thursday afternoon and a lot of money. Too bad so sad . I was super excited to get my haircut by Joseph based on reading excellent Google reviews about him and his salon. The whole experience for me was extremely awkward and embarrassing to say the least.
