I wanted to transition from box colored black hair to a beautiful summer blonde and couldn’t find a hair dresser I liked until Jess! I knew this wasn’t going to happen overnight but Jess was fully prepared for the challenge, all while maintaining the quality of my hair. (TRUST THE PROCESS) The transformation was STUNNING! I have gone it feels decades never truly happy with my hair color until I found Jess. In one visit she was able to give me the color I desired for years that no one else was able to accomplish. I had been going to the same hair stylist for 8 plus years and was hesitant about changing. I’ve been blonde for the past 8 years as well. I wanted a change and was so nervous about going darker. I had my first appointment in December 2020 and have never received more complaints on my hair! I went for my touch up appointment 4 months later (I honestly could have went longer as opposed to when I was blonde). I have never been happier with my hair and experience I had at salon JL. Appointments are on time, staff are professional and the salon is so clean. All around a great experience.
