I just went to Salon Jaylee for the second time today and had an incredible experience once again!! I have dealt with bad blonde coloring for years and Barb has been the only person who has truly been able to get my coloring right, and does wonderful work! My hair is healthy for the first time in years, it’s finally growing and my color does not fade quickly like I have previously experienced. Barb is truly the only person I will ever trust to touch my hair, she’s so good I flew from Indiana just for her to do my hair! If you are in need of blonde services she is the one to go to, not only is she amazing at what she does she is the sweetest soul and is very transparent about what she is doing and why so you are able to learn the reasoning behind her work! First time here and had a great experience. They fit both of my daughters in last minute. A very nice salon. Great price for children’s cut without cutting corners. Both girls got a wash, style cut and their hair styled. Johanna did a wonderful job and both girls said she was very nice. Well def be back for school hair cuts.

I stopped in there one day to get pricing for a half arm waxed she quoted me $15 she wrote it down on a card for me and it’s exactly the same price I used to pay in California. When I went in for my appointment she said oh it’s $15 per arm I don’t know why they didn’t see that I had two arms when I was in there and both of them needed the same treatment. I left and I would never go back there again. Obviously they are hurting for money. They have no customer service.

My appts over the last month were rescheduled or cancelled at the last minute before service – was told stylist had a family emergency and the mgr said she was ill. Ok – get it right and then work to correct the confusion. Asked what is going on and was told what do u expect me to do – wow- very rude! Going somewhere else – this is a very pricey salon and I just wanted some common courtesy!

I use this salon and love their staff, but I asked about getting JUST a toner application and they tried charging me the price for a all over color application which starts at over $100.00.. no salon should ever charge that much for slapping a toner on someone’s head for 10-15 minutes in a shampoo bowl & rinsing. That’s absolutely outrageous. I’ve worked at multiple high end salons and NEVER would be charge this to a client that uses this as a option to upkeep on their blonde hair. Ridiculous.
