Not only are they completely competent and experienced with whatever service you are looking for, but they also make you feel so comfortable and welcome the second you step foot into their salon. I came to Salon Jade first to fix what a “high-end 5-star” salon did to my hair, which I even went back to a second time to fix what they botched the first time, only for them to botch it again. I returned a second time to Salon Jade because of how welcome they made me feel in comparison to the other salon. Hunter and Chloe were so kind and answered all my questions and asked me for plenty of information on how I would like my hair done correctly. I cannot say enough positive words about this salon! Not only are they completely competent and experienced with whatever service you are looking for, but they also make you feel so comfortable and welcome the second you step foot into their salon. Not only did he make me feel welcome and entertained me with conversation (not that awkward silence haircut experience) but he consulted with me and gave me a haircut taylored to ME! What an amazing experience! I rarely find it worthwhile to go to a “fancy salon” but Hunter definitely made it worth it all. Not only did he make me feel welcome and entertained me with conversation (not that awkward silence haircut experience) but he consulted with me and gave me a haircut taylored to ME! He also made sure I knew how to style it so I could recreate the look he gave me. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.
