Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityLiterally first time going in had a set appointment personally watched as other people went before my husband on an appointment we came to..NOT ONLY 10 minutes early the appointment we set with the hairstylist for 12pm. Well we just left at 1220pm because we were literally there waiting like ducklings waiting for their mom to return home. We were upset because we came to really show love and heard nothing but great things about the barber but clearly we were not a priority today. I know for a fact I won’t come back again. You don’t pick and choose who comes first in this business when you make an appointment with a customer you should give the same respect they gave to you on the set appointment! We were on time friendly understanding and patient. We expected the same respect and consideration as we gave the barber. Literally first time going in had a set appointment personally watched as other people went before my husband on an appointment we came to..NOT ONLY 10 minutes early the appointment we set with the hairstylist for 12pm. Critical: QualityI asked to have my hair cut and permanently dyed black. For about 4 months every time I washed my hair or got it wet a lot of the dye would come out making the water dark as if I just dyed it. Then my wet hair would stain my towels, clothes, and bedding a dark purple color. So I can not say for sure if they even used permanent dye or just something cheap. I asked to have my hair cut and permanently dyed black. For about 4 months every time I washed my hair or got it wet a lot of the dye would come out making the water dark as if I just dyed it.
