My wife and mother in law used a groupon and had a wonderful experience. Heather and Rae were both very attentive and kind, asked if they wanted coffee or tea, if they were comfortable and even if the water was too hot when they were washing their hair. My wife says they are very pleased with how both the color and hair cuts came out. Will definitely recommend to others.

The Owner doesn’t deserve to even have a salon with the way she treats people . I was given a Groupon as a Gift from a family member and this place always said they were fully booked . They waited until the Groupon expired and then said if I want to get their services I would have to pay $100 more . & I tried to work out a deal with them like you don’t even have to give me a haircut and blowdry you can just color it or partial highlights and they said NO! I tried so hard to reason with them and explain everything every phone call they left me in tears and I it’s sad that the Owner is running this Salon with how RUDE and Cruel she is . When I told her that I want to look and and feel good with how my hair looks like have some confidence and don’t I deserve that just like anyone else and she straight up said “NO!” and she literally said she would NEVER DO THAT FOR ME ! And I said why the service was paid for ? And she said she wanted to end the conversation and that she doesn’t want me to come in her salon and she also said she doesn’t want me as a Client ! Please anyone reading this do not waste your TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY on this place ! You will only be filled with disappointment and I would never wish that on anyone !

My mother, 80 years old, went to this salon with a Groupon. They cut and colored her hair. They blow dried it. She asked if they were going to blow it out a little and style it, the young lady said “no, that’s extra.” She walked out of there looking horrible and was sooo upset. Way to go out of your way to help out an old lady!! Seems like Agism to me!

My mother and I came in for a girls’ day and had a great time. The staff is so nice and welcoming and the salon itself is beautiful. My mother got a blow out and her stylist asked her how she wanted the blow out to look (with a wave, a curl, or pin straight) which was excellent because my mom is pretty picky! I came in and got my hair trimmed and dyed by Sherilyn. She was amazing. She was attentive to my hair issues/goals, gave me treatments accordingly to repair/protect it from damage, and got the perfect ashy brown that I’ve been wanting. She did a balayage so it blends out perfectly as my hair grows pretty quick, and the trim looks so good! My prior hair dresser over processed my hair so it was a bit dry and it made me nervous to get it dyed again but Sherilyn knew exactly what to do!

great experience last saturday. called on a friday and brenda who was sooo nice told me they were fully booked for the next morning (obviously since i was so last minute) but she will try her best. she called me later that afternoon and said she could get me in at 9:30. i used the groupon deal, and just paid an upcharge because I have long hair (totally reasonable and still an amazing steal). my stylist’s name is escaping me which breaks my heart because she was fantastic (I think it started with an R) was absolutely amazing and took her time. i dont get my haircut often because it makes me so emotional but she was so patient and kind. I love my hair cut and color and cant wait to return!

Nice clean salon with covid measures such as plastic between various customers. I got a cut and partial highlights from Christine. She and all the staff were very kind. My color came out great and she made it blend/cover my grey very well.

Very rude manager/front desk, Forgot that I had cut my hair there before and I call to make an appointment, they harass the customer about Groupon, called back because their harassing worked and made me remember I had been there before. Had to call 4 times as they don’t answer the phone, and if they do answer they don’t know what they’re doing because when they finally answered I cancelled my appointment and then they call me back hours later to confirm the appointment I had already cancelled. Glad I got out of it because it made me remember the experience I had the first time so I left them a review on Groupon only for the manager to reply rudely and lying that I ” hung up the phone abruptly” when scheduling, that’s funny because that never happened, I even called back on my own to check if I had been there before and cancel. The cut was not what I asked for, if my hair was even cut. I always get long layers, my hair was barely cut and it was cut straight not layers. Week later all my coworkers and friends told me I still had a lot of split ends. Only went there because the price was cheap but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Worst part was my stylist was leaving right after me for a flight. Instead of rushing my cut maybe you should’ve taken the day off. And I also reviewed on how they treated my father whom has dementia, looking at him like he’s a freak and staying away from him instead of having sympathy. The managers response to me is she’s “disturbed I said that and that they were watching him concerned.” Thats funny because he moved once and instead of helping him you run to me while my hair is being washed to tell me he got up. Which is fine I don’t need your help, but I’ve been to many places where people with kind hearts workers or not help him while I’m already helping him. And if your response to a review is rude, expect me to respond back as you should be treating people with a bad experience nicely not create lies then call them a liar and respond rudely. If you run a decent business maybe you wouldn’t be on Groupon for so long and be so cheap and actually get happy returning customers. You should learn about customer satisfaction too and not fight with everyone that wasn’t pleased.
